How long does setup take?
About 15 minutes. Connect your HR system or upload a spreadsheet, choose your gifts and review the schedule before switching it on.
What does it cost?
You only pay for the gifts you send, from your WellBox balance. There are no platform fees, no subscription and no contract.

We connect to 14 HR and payroll systems, including BambooHR, HiBob, Personio, Workday, Sage HR, Xero, Breathe HR and PeopleHR. Ask us about yours, or upload a spreadsheet.
What information do you need?
Names, work emails and dates: day and month for birthdays, and start dates for work anniversaries. Birth years are optional. For direct delivery you provide an address; with gift invites, people enter their own.
Can we give different gifts for long service?
Yes. Choose a standard anniversary gift, then add different gifts for milestone years such as 3, 5 and 10. Each person gets the gift for the year they reach.
Can we stop a gift or remove someone who has left?
Yes. Stop any gift before we start packing it and any payment goes back to your WellBox balance. A leavers upload or your HR connection stops their upcoming gifts.
Will gifts arrive on the exact date?
Posted gifts are planned to arrive in time for the occasion, around weekends and bank holidays, though delivery on the exact date can't be guaranteed. Gift invites arrive on the day itself, at your chosen time in their time zone.
Can people choose their own gift?
Yes, with an emailed gift invite. They can keep the gift you chose, swap it for something else or donate it to charity.
What if something needs attention?
We check each gift seven days before it's due. Missing details, a low balance or an unavailable gift are flagged by email and in the app, and we won't send a gift late without asking you first.
Are milestone gifts taxable?
Some birthday gifts may qualify for HMRC's trivial benefits exemption, and work anniversary and long-service gifts can be treated differently. Check HMRC's trivial benefits and long-service award guidance, and ask your accountant.
