Delivery
Free Courier Delivery on each individual gift to a recipient's home or office address in the UK and Northern Ireland. Once you complete setup, we'll ask for your ideal delivery date and dispatch your gifts to arrive just before that date.
Once you complete setup, your gifts will be created, personalised and dispatched in the lead time stated below based on the shipping option you have chosen.
Express Shipping: 1 - 3 working days
Standard Shipping: 3 - 5 working days
International Shipping: 10 - 14 working days
This may be longer for orders above 200 units, and will start on the working day after we receive your payment and order setup has been completed.

Replacements for International Orders
We can ship this product overseas, but items such as alcohol will be swapped for an alternative before shipping. Additional charges for overseas shipping can be found by clicking the link below.

Supply addresses by secure upload or send your recipients our compliant self-registration link to provide their own details. This is done during setup, after you checkout and pay for your order.

Supply an optional message during setup (after you checkout), and we'll add that message to a personalised letter.

What is a good gift for employees?
Many companies are now focussing on employee health & wellbeing. If you’re doing the same, we’d suggest sending a gift that supports this theme. Alternatively you could choose a food & drink box, but leave the decision on dietary requirements up to the recipients using our self-registration service.
This service allows them to enter their own address details and also decide if they would like the box to be non-alcoholic and/or suitable for vegans & gluten-free diets.

How can I make employee gifts special?

There's no right or wrong amount as it depends on your budget.In the UK, if you want to send a gift to your employees, keep in mind that as long as it costs less than £50 per person, it won’t be taxable under the Benefit in Kind rules.
