Supplying Addresses
Supply addresses by secure upload or send your recipients our compliant gift redemption link to provide their own details. This is done during setup, after you check out and pay for your order.
Can I send gifts without an address?
Yes. You can send a link by email or your internal messaging app (such as Slack or Teams) that your recipient can use to provide their own details and dietary preferences.
Do I need to place separate orders for gifts going to different addresses?
No. You can place one order for multiple gifts with multiple recipients, and tell us where you would like to send them during setup. You'll receive a setup link after you complete checkout.
Do you ship overseas?
Yes, we ship all over the world. Shipping costs will apply, and will be added at checkout. We run discounts and promotions all year, so stay tuned for exclusive deals.
Can I request an invoice and pay by BACS?
Yes. You can request an invoice and pay by BACs when order on our gifting platform.

If I order multiple gifts, do I need to claim them all immediately?
No. You can choose to send one, some or all of your gifts. Any unsent gifts will remain in your account to be sent whenever you need them.
How long will it take for deliveries to arrive?
Deliveries are dispatched within 1 working day of you, or your recipients providing delivery information. Our standard delivery is by 48 hour courier, although you can upgrade to a 24 hour service.
Overseas deliveries depend on the country and can take anywhere from 7-16 days. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
