Most of the gifts available on our website have a lead time of 3- 5 working days with standard delivery. Please refer to the ‘Delivery’ section on the page for your desired gift to check this.
If you require your gifts to be delivered sooner, you can do this by adding express shipping to your order. We’ll aim to deliver your gifts within 1-2 working days.

I’m ordering a food gift hamper, but some recipients have dietary requirements. Can you accommodate these?
Yes! All our boxes that include food items can be ordered as a vegan & gluten-free version (this also covers those who are vegetarian and follow dairy free diets).
Of course, all our gifts that include alcohol can be ordered with no alcohol alternative, so nobody misses out.
All our gifts include a charitable donation. Wellbeing gifts include a donation to the mental health charity Mind. Food and drink gifts include a donation of a meal worth of provisions to one of our food bank and homelessness charity partners.
Each gift includes a letter letting the recipient know which charity their box has supported. We’ve found that recipients love discovering that their gift has helped support someone in need.

When you place your order, you’ll be given the option to supply delivery addresses either by secure upload or to send your recipients our compliant self-registration link so they can provide their details. The boxes will be despatched daily as your recipients complete the information.
I’ve placed my order, but not all the recipients have provided their details. Can I get a refund for the unsent boxes?
As we purchase stock to order, we cannot refund for boxes that haven't been claimed, but we can put a credit on your account for up to one year that you can use against future orders. Hopefully, none of the recipients will want to miss out on their gift!
We run a check against the first name, last name & postcode. If the system finds a duplicate, it will reject this.
Do I need to let you know how many recipients will have dietary requirements, or will they need non-alcohol versions of a box before I place the order?
No, you don’t. When each recipient logs in to input their delivery address, they will be given a drop-down menu to choose from, and they can let us know if they
would prefer a standard or alternative version of the gift you select.
