Do all the gifts need to go to the same address?
No, you have the flexibility to send each of our gifts to individual addresses. You can choose to send all gifts to one address or send individual gifts to multiple addresses, all with free UK delivery. You supply addresses during setup, after you check out and pay for your order.
How long will it take to deliver my gift boxes?
Most of our corporate gifts have a standard delivery lead time of 3- 4 working days.
If you need your gifts delivered sooner, select Priority Shipping at checkout, and we'll ship them to arrive the *next working day or within 1-2 working days.
Refer to the Delivery & Shipping section on the page for your desired gift to check individual gifts. Please note, delivery lead times start once you've completed setup.
*If setup is completed before 11am.
Can you ship internationally?
Yes! We ship to over 70 countries worldwide.

Please note that delivery lead times for international orders cannot be guaranteed as we often have little control over how long items take to clear customs. We typically find delivery takes 10 – 14 working days for most EU countries and the US.
Do you offer discounts for larger orders on bulk gift orders?
Yes, we offer volume discounts for a wide range of our gifts. Each gift page has a pricing table showing the discounted prices for different quantities.
I can’t quite find what I’m looking for. Can you make me a bespoke corporate gift?
Yes, we can create a bespoke gift for your staff or clients.
You can work with our team to create a fully bespoke and personalised gift for your team or clients, or you can check out our custom gift builder to create and cost your own.
Can I add my company logo or personalise your business gifts?
Yes, our team has access to over 1,000 quality, sustainable products that can be customised and personalised with your company's logo and branding. We can create bespoke products and gift packages to suit most budgets and campaign briefs.
You can also customise your gifts with a range of branded packaging options. Choose from a selection of sustainable gift boxes, ranging from a printed kraft mailer to a handmade, heavyweight clamshell box debossed with your company's logo. Alternatively, you can add a full-colour box sleeve with your branding wrapped around each gift
I’m ordering a food gift hamper, but some recipients have dietary requirements. Can you accommodate these?
We understand the importance of dietary preferences. That’s why all our food gifts can be ordered as vegan & gluten free versions. Additionally, we offer no alcohol versions of all gifts containing alcohol, ensuring there’s something for everyone.
All the food products in our gifts include the ingredients and allergens on their packaging, so your recipients can judge whether it’s suitable for them or whether they’ll share it with friends or family.
Can I include a different personalised message for each recipient on an order with multiple gifts?
Yes. Once you've purchased your gifts, choose "Delayed Dispatch".
You'll then be able to call off your gifts individually and choose a different letter message for each one.
I want to send out drinks, but not all recipients drink alcohol. Can you help?
Of course, all our gifts that include alcohol can be ordered with no alcohol alternative, so nobody misses out.
Which charity will my gift support?
All our gifts include a charitable donation. Wellbeing gifts include a donation to Mind, mental health charity. Food and drink gifts include a donation of a meal's worth of provisions to one of our food bank and homelessness charity partners or The Trussell Trust.
Each gift includes a letter or postcard letting the recipient know which charity their gift has supported. We've found that recipients love discovering that their gift has helped support someone in need.

What is self registration?
When you place your order, you’ll have the option to supply delivery addresses either by secure upload or by sending your recipients our compliant self-registration link.
Self-registration allows recipients to provide their own details for dietary requirements and addresses.
The gifts will be despatched daily as your recipients complete the information.
What is a gift portal?
A gift portal is a secure, customisable, and brandable online platform that allows recipients to choose their preferred gift from a pre-curated selection.
Gift portals make the gifting process seamless and personalised for your staff, clients or prospects.
With gift portals, we'll manage inventory, storage, assembly, and dispatch of gifts, ensuring efficient delivery. The portal also handles recipients' address and dietary preference confirmations, eliminating data entry errors and compliance issues.

How do I make sure each recipient only orders one gift for themselves?
We run a check against the first name, last name & postcode. If the system finds a duplicate, it will reject this.
I’ve placed my order, but not all the recipients have provided their details. Can I get a refund for the unsent gifts?
As we purchase stock to order, we cannot refund for boxes that haven't been claimed, but we can put a credit on your account for up to one year that you can use against future orders. Hopefully, none of the recipients will want to miss out on their gift!
Do I need to tell you how many recipients will have dietary requirements, or will need no alcohol versions of the gift before I place the order?
No, you don’t. If you select self registration on checkout when each recipient logs in to input their delivery address, they will be given a drop-down menu to choose from, and they can let us know if they would prefer a standard or alternative version of the gift you select.

We adopt a company-wide practice we refer to as ‘Source Responsibly’.

Is my data secure?
How we handle your sensitive data is one of the things that makes us unique. Unlike other e-commerce and corporate gifting companies, creating software for enterprise-level companies is part of our DNA.
Once you place an order you’ll be given a secure link to provide your sensitive information such as recipient addresses and contact information. This happens on our own dedicated secure server (based in Manchester, England) at a PCI-compliant data centre. Your sensitive data never leaves the UK and is stored electronically with 256-bit SSL encryption.
