You can then draw it down whenever you need to send a gift, with no further budget approvals required. How does a corporate gifting account work?
You fund the account once, then order any gift from the platform at any point in the year. The cost is deducted from your balance at checkout. There's no need to raise a purchase order or seek approval each time. The budget is already committed and ready to use.

There is no deadline. Once your balance is loaded, it stays on your account and can be used as and when you need it, whether that's the week after funding or twelve months later. There's no expiry date, no pressure to spend by a set time, and no balance forfeited at year-end.
How do I access and use my account?
Once your account is live, you can browse and order any gift or service directly through the platform. Your balance is deducted at the point of order, no further approvals are needed.
