How long is the webinar and who is it for?
The webinar is around 15 minutes, but you can watch as much or as little as you like.
It's suitable for anyone planning Christmas gifts for employees or clients, whether you're in HR, marketing, operations or running the business.
What is the minimum order for corporate Christmas gifts?
There is no minimum. You can order a single gift or 100,000 from the same website. Most orders over 25 gifts qualify for volume discounts - contact our Manchester team to discuss pricing and bespoke options.
What is the gifts to employees £50 trivial benefits exemption?
A Christmas gift to an employee is exempt from tax and National Insurance, and does not need to be reported to HMRC, if all of the following are true:
- The cost of providing it is £50 or less (or £50 or less as an average per head, where working out the exact cost per person isn't practical).
- It is not cash or a cash voucher. A voucher exchangeable only for goods — such as a retail eGift card — can still qualify.
- It is not a contractual entitlement, including under salary sacrifice.
- It is not a reward for work or performance. A gift given because someone hit a target is taxable pay, not a trivial benefit.
How far in advance should we order corporate Christmas gifts?
We recommend placing orders by late November to ensure delivery in time for the holidays, especially for larger corporate Christmas gift campaigns.
Bespoke branded gifts should be ordered by November because of artwork and production lead times.
Most companies confirm budget and gift choice in October.
Can I send Christmas gifts without knowing the recipients' addresses?
Yes. Send a gift redemption link and the recipient enters their own delivery address and dietary preferences. You never handle their personal data, which keeps you GDPR-clean and removes the usual problem of out-of-date address spreadsheets. This is the most common approach for remote teams and client lists.
Can we brand corporate Christmas hampers with our company logo?
Yes - through personalised sleeves, printed cards, branded inserts, custom packaging, or fully bespoke gifts built from scratch. Branded and bespoke gifts may need a longer lead time than standard gifts.

Can recipients choose their own gift?
What about employees who don't celebrate Christmas?
Any gift can be ordered without festive messaging, we'll swap the included postcard for a neutral alternative, so you can send the same gift to everyone without assuming what they celebrate. Wellbeing gifts such as Glow and Mindfulness carry no seasonal branding at all. Alcohol-free, vegan, gluten-free, and halal options are available across the range - a mixed order is fine.
