Dispatch gifts whenever you need them
You can send your entire order out immediately, but we can also store it free of charge until you need it.
When you sign in, you can send as many gifts as you need from your order, storing the rest until you need them.
Advance Planner? Tell the recipient details now, and ask us to delay sending the order for up to one year. No more missed birthdays!
No Address, No Problem
All you need to send a gift is an email address.
Worried about sharing confidential data or just don’t have access to it? We’ll generate a secure, GDPR-compliant Registration Page to share with your recipients to submit their delivery information and dietary requirements.
And now with HappinessGuaranteed™, if a particular recipient doesn’t like your gift choice, you can optionally let them choose any other gift from our catalogue up to the value of your original purchase (no prices are shown).
Live tracking of deliveries
Get live delivery tracking links and delivery confirmation photos for your deliveries. We’ll also update your account automatically to show you when they’ve been delivered.

Our policy has always been to never retain information longer it's needed. In the case of WellBox delivery data, this only ever stored long enough to generate shipping manifests and labels for the boxes. Once the boxes have been dispatched, data is deleted within 30 days.
To ensure the security of the data you send us, we:
- Use 256-bit SSL encryption to secure all communication between your device and our servers.
- Use a dedicated server based here in Manchester, UK to ensure your identifiable data never leaves the country and complies with our data policy.

Delivery & Shipping
Send all gifts to one address or individual gifts to multiple addresses, all with free UK delivery. You can supply addresses during setup, after you check out and pay for your order.
In a hurry?
Choose Priority Shipping when you checkout, and complete your order setup before 11am and we'll ship your order to arrive the next working day*.
Delayed Delivery
Request your preferred delivery date (up to 12 months from when you order), and your gift will be dispatched to arrive on or just before that date. Alternatively, you can choose to send your gifts individually, as and when you need them.
Delivery Lead Times
Delivery lead times start once you've completed setup.
Priority Shipping: 1 - 2 working days
Standard Shipping: 3 - 4 working days
International Shipping: 10 - 14 working days
For orders above 100 gifts, this lead time may be longer during certain times of the year. Please contact us before you order to confirm the lead time.

Supplying Addresses
Supply addresses by secure upload or send your recipients our compliant self-registration link to provide their own details. This is done during setup, after you check out and pay for your order.
Do I need to place separate orders for gifts going to different addresses?
No. You can place one order for multiple gifts with multiple recipients, and tell us where you would like to send them during setup. You'll receive a setup link after you complete checkout.
If I order multiple gifts, do I need to claim them all immediately?
No. During setup, choose to dispatch your gifts "Whenever you request them". You'll be able to sign into your account and dispatch your gifts whenever you need them.
Personalisation
Supply an optional message and / or logo during setup (after you checkout), and we'll add that message to a personalised letter.
International Orders
We can ship this product overseas, but any alcohol will be swapped for a non-alcohol alternative before shipping. Additional charges for overseas shipping can be found by clicking the link below.
